Prior to the liquidation sale, we meticulously organize and categorize the belongings and household possessions of your beloved family member. Our team of experts utilizes their knowledge and experience to evaluate and assign appropriate prices to each item available for sale. We then proceed to advertise the estate sale effectively, aiming to attract a large number of interested buyers. Finally, we ensure that the entire contents of the home are beautifully showcased before welcoming potential buyers through the doors.

Clean-out

Not every item is sold during an estate sale. Should you decide to engage our services for disposing of the remaining items, we will either donate them to a charitable organization or dispose of them in the dumpster. It is important to note that the cleanout service is an additional service and is not covered by the estate liquidation fees. If you wish to avail the cleanout service, we can discuss the available options during the complimentary consultation.

Real Estate & Broom Cleaning

If you are prepared to list your house for sale, we provide assistance in getting the property ready for its new owners and ensuring its impeccable cleanliness. Our services encompass various tasks such as meticulously cleaning floors, walls, and ceilings, wiping down all surfaces, and thoroughly cleaning all appliances. Additionally, we pay special attention to thoroughly cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, toilets, and showers or bathtubs. It is important to note that this service is an optional add-on and is not covered by estate liquidation fees.

Skyline Estate Sales is both bonded and insured to guarantee our clients are protected. We will provide you a copy with your contract.
